First, I congratulate you for having pretty much use the effects of light and shadow. The picture is particularly clear, but you have however been able to make shadows.
The effect of movement is great, we understand that there is wind or breeze. But however, I have a little trouble seeing the wind direction. The girl's hair do not go the same direction as her coat, or hair of her lover. But this is nothing other than small details!
The colors are beautiful and simple. Lines separate the characters from the back. The fluid colors of the background goes very well with the subject. Usually, people would be tempted to see more elaborate background, but it is great for this!
Finally, the facial emotions. The girl is happy, in love. The boy is shy. And gestures, the eyes looked, bright eyes ... The boy's hand over the girl, even if he is shy, he lives his love.
Anyway, I hope that my comment will help you
Though their is a back story to this, which is she just landed from the sky and goes forward to her lover, and the wind diction is towards us, and the lift of the hair is from the calm fall. Which is way some of her hair flows towards us rather And the lovers hair is just meant to be that way. if anything I say I should have made her cape shorter on the left side, to cause less confusion of whats going on, and probably angle it a bit better. And her legs should be shown a bit I think, but I left that alone. |D
I could have shade it better, but I had an accident with sai xD; I accidentally saved it as png. and not the sai file, so editing it alone was hard. So this was more like lazy type work, plus it was just a doodle |D
